Does anyone know of a good foreign-exchange program?
Defenitely! First, check out this website, http://www.cultures-shocked.org/forum/? if you want to be a study abroad student you have to go there, its so great!!
But programs.. the best rated are AFS and Rotary. Rotary is cheaper, but more selevtive and you dont neccesarily get to pick your country. AFS is more expensive (10,000 dollars or a little less, in the US) but you get to pick your choices for sure, and it is less selective.
Some others are YFU, CCI, CIEE, ASSE, and Intrax
