What are the stages of applying to university in the US?
Hey I'm applying to colleges right now. I'm going to ignore all the citizenship issues and crap and get right into the application process.
Here's how we do it.
1. Fill out the application (usually online).
2. Write the essay (I think usually part of the application online)
3. 2 letters of recommendation from teachers, 1 from counceler.
4. send in SAT scores from Collegeboard, and transcript from your high school.
Hope that helped. It would be nice if you could email the UK or Ireland process because I'm an Irish citizen and want to go to school over there (I moved from Ireland to US when I was young). Good luck.
